01 · Everyday work · Attendance management

Every workday, easier to understand.

Bring punch records, assigned rosters, corrections and manager decisions into one attendance journey. Employees can check their day, managers can resolve exceptions and HR can review the period without rebuilding the story from messages and spreadsheets.

Attendance should create clarity, not suspicion. The record needs context, an owner and a visible route for correcting what is incomplete.

One workflow. Clear responsibilities.

Employees

Check daily attendance, punch history and the status of a correction.

Managers

Review team attendance and decide on exceptions with the roster in view.

HR

Monitor unresolved records, attendance patterns and period readiness.

Payroll administrators

Use reviewed attendance inputs when payroll is included in the setup.

Attendance reporting

Detailed and summary views for teams, periods and unresolved records.

Built from a working internal implementation.

Digital Impressions Connect includes personal attendance, punch history, team attendance, rosters, correction requests, manager decisions and detailed attendance reporting. Device compatibility is confirmed for each implementation.

Record the dayResolve the exceptionReview the period

Clarity people can feel in the workday.

  • Employees can see what the system has recorded.
  • Managers act on a complete request instead of reconstructing the day.
  • HR can focus on unresolved exceptions rather than manually checking every record.

Your operating rules come first.

  • Employee list and reporting managers
  • Working schedules, shifts, weekly offs and holidays
  • Attendance device or data-source details
  • Correction rules and approval owners
  • Period review and payroll hand-off requirements

What to confirm before you choose.

Can People Impressions connect to an attendance device?

The implementation can connect attendance data from supported sources. The exact eSSL, Identix or other device model, software and available interface are confirmed before the connection is promised.

Can employees request a missing-punch correction?

Yes. Connect supports a correction journey in which the employee provides context and the reporting manager reviews the request.

Does attendance automatically mean payroll is included?

No. Attendance can operate on its own. A reviewed attendance-to-payroll hand-off is added only when payroll is part of the agreed scope.

Continue the employee journey.
